For nearly a decade I ran RPS, a software agency across Indonesia and Singapore. We built ERP systems for industrial catering and airlines, shipped fintech products, and learned repeatedly where software projects actually go wrong. It's never the technology. It's building the wrong thing, in the wrong order, for too long.
